Front

Use two spoons to pull your cheeks back to show us your front teeth. Make sure you are biting down on your back teeth while this photo is taken. (You can use the spoons to pull your lip away if needed.) 

Right Side

Make sure you are biting down on your back teeth completely. Then use the spoon to pull back your right cheek so we can see how your bite looks.

Left Side

Same as the right side but on the left.

Top Teeth

Tilt your head up and open your mouth wide so that we can see as many as your top teeth as possible (you can also use the spoons to pull your lips away as well).

Bottom Teeth

Tilt your head down towards your chest and open your mouth wide to try and get as many teeth in the picture as possible. (You can use the spoons to pull your lip away if needed.)

Front Facial

We will need two photos here. First, please remove all glasses or hats before the photo is taken. The first one would be with the face relaxed (no smile) and the second one would be a smile!

Side Facial

This is what we call the mug shot look. Please take a side profile photo but try and move hair out of the way.
